AIEEE is All India Entrance Examination for Engineering and constitute of many NITS, MNITS and also a number of private colleges. Preparing for AIEEE is a tedious task. Few tips for preparation of AIEEE exams are as follows:
The most important factor is time management. Time management plays a very important role when appearing for any entrance exam. For AIEEE time management is like X-Factor. AIEEE entrance exam is only of three hours and consists of three sections. These three sections are physics, chemistry and mathematics. Unlike IIT which conducts two papers with 2 hour gap AIEEE conducts only one paper and therefore it becomes essential to perform good in that paper. Students should know how much time has to be spending on each question.
If some question is too typical and student is finding it difficult to solve then he should leave that question and let it be. If student is unable to get a solution of a question his basic aim should be to keep a cool head and proceed towards next question. So that time is not wasted and student gets to attempt the entire paper. Also student should be confident of himself. It is a known fact that AIEEE exam has negative marking in case of a wrong answer. So, students should be aware of that and mark the answers keeping this point in mind. If the student is not completely sure of the answer it is shouldn’t be marked as there is a risk that it will decrease your score.
Proper coaching and guidance is also must for students aiming for AIEEE. A student might be bright but without proper guidance, teaching and motivation it becomes difficult for him to cope with the paper. Coaching institutes train the students, teach them special techniques to solve questions which help in time management, conduct mock tests that give student idea about the original exam and help in preparation.
